Return and Refund Policies
We ship all of our products via USPS Priority, which delivers packages in 1-3 business days throughout the United States.
However since these delivery times are not guaranteed, we're unable to provide a refund if your purchase isn't received in the estimated time.
Returns and Exchanges
If there are any other problems with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us so that we can help to resolve the problem. Exchanges and store credit are possible within 10 business days of receipt of the item(s) and if less than 1/2" of the candle has been burned. This amount will let you burn your candle for multiple hours to ensure it's a pleasing scent.
Exchanges or store credits will be granted only after the returned item is received.
Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the items, unless there is clearly a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item).
We strive to provide you with the best prices we can for the products in our store, and would not be able to do this without these policies in place.
