Items are shipped through USPS for the best balance of speed and affordability. Tracking information is provided once shipped. Shipping time varies based on your location's distance from Dallas, Texas.
While we take the utmost care in packaging our candles, it's impossible to guarantee that nothing will happen when a candle is traveling hundreds of miles. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our customer service department here with your order number, description, and photos of both, damaged package and product, and we will provide a replacement or credit.
Please note the shipping times are estimated, and item weight and dimensions are not guaranteed by Peachy Candle Company. As items are shipped by USPS, Peachy Candle Company is not liable for items damaged in transit but is able to replace any items damaged or provide a store credit to your account.
Please ensure at checkout that the shipping address provided is correct. Once the order has been shipped, address cannot be changed. If items are returned to us due incorrect address, shipping will need to be re-paid in order for your items to send back out to the correct address.
If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact USPS to resolve any shipping issues and/or file claim if necessary.
